7ft Pram Rowing Boat – Lightweight & Unsinkable

Our 7ft Pram Dinghy is a slightly larger version of our popular 6ft model, designed to suit a heavier adult or give more space for children to enjoy. By simply adding an extra foot in length and a small keel, this boat offers improved stability and rowing performance while keeping the same compact and lightweight design.

At just 25 kg, it remains easy to carry and transport—fitting into most estate cars, on a small trailer, or even on a car roof. Perfect for ponds, lakes, and recreational use, it’s a versatile little boat with extra room to spare.

Designed for one adult (up to 17 stone / 108 kg), it also makes a fantastic children’s play boat—two or 3 children can happily enjoy hours of fun on the water. Thanks to its integral watertight seat, this dinghy is completely unsinkable. Made from fiberglass, it’s rot-proof and can be left outdoors all year round with no worries.

The boat comes with one central seat as standard. Optional bow and stern seats can be added if you’d like extra seating—these are usually a must if children will be using the boat. For one adult, however, the stern seat may reduce legroom.

Name personalisation – decorative name on stern or side.
Fender rail – rubber edge protector, recommended for use as a tender or when mooring against walls.
Dolly wheels – available if required, though rarely needed given the dinghy’s light weight (best on firm ground).

Robust Construction

Built from strong GRP fiberglass, this dinghy is designed to last. The airtight centre seat makes it unsinkable, while galvanised steel rowlocks and a stainless-steel bow eyelet come fitted as standard. With no parts that can rot or perish, this boat is built for years of maintenance-free enjoyment.

Colours & Customisation

Our standard colours are British Racing Green, Ultramarine Blue, and White. For a small £25 surcharge, you can choose from a wide range of alternative colours [link to colour chart]. If you don’t see one you like, we can even produce your dinghy in a custom shade.

Our current lead time is 4–5 weeks. If you need a boat sooner, please get in touch—we can sometimes arrange faster delivery.
We deliver all boats ourselves across mainland UK, up to as far north as York.
For customers further afield, we can ship our 6ft and 7ft boats on a pallet to most locations in mainland UK excluding Norther Ireland (please email us for a quote).
Delivery charges are not added at checkout—they are collected upon delivery.
