Returns

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee here at Otter Boats. Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt, second hand goods do not qualify for returns. We will gladly refund your merchandise purchase price. This refund does not include shipping fees. Refunds are made by the company and sent to the customer within 7 days of receiving the returned merchandise. Please do not return any items without first contacting Otter Boats and being given a returns number. Please be sure to include all original packaging. Damaged goods

All items must be checked for damage before being signed for, any damage is solely the responsibility of the customer unless signed for as damaged. Otter Boats will except responsibility for damaged goods if the goods have been signed for as damaged. If you find a damaged product you must not accept delivery of the item, if you do accept the item you must signed as damaged, you must then confirm to us that you signed for the goods as damaged, we will confirm this with our carrier, we will then arrange collection of the goods, once the goods have been checked we will either issue a full refund including postage or replace the damaged item.

Custom made goods

Products custom made to order do not qualify for a refund, due to the nature of custom made products misunderstandings can occur, in this case we will manufacture a replacement product rectifying any errors be it the customers or our fault, we will pay for all shipping. Please note that we can’t guarantee exact colour matches on custom made products.
