At Otter Boats, we are committed to your satisfaction, so we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt; second-hand goods do not qualify for returns. We will gladly refund the purchase price of your merchandise, excluding shipping fees. Refunds are made by the company and sent to the customer within 7 days of receiving the returned merchandise. To ensure a smooth return process, please do not return any items without first contacting Otter Boats and being given a return number. Please be sure to include all original packaging. Damaged goods
Dealing with damaged goods is a straightforward process at Otter Boats. Before signing for any items, checking for any damage is important. If you find a damaged product, do not accept the delivery of the item. If you do receive the item, you must sign for it as damaged. After this, could you please confirm to us that you signed for the goods as damaged? We will then confirm this with our carrier and arrange the collection of the goods. Once the goods have been checked, we will issue a full refund, including postage, or replace the damaged item.
Custom-made goods
At Otter Boats, we understand that custom-made products are unique and may not always meet expectations. Therefore, products custom-made to order do not qualify for a refund. However, in the event of any misunderstandings or errors, we will manufacture a replacement product to rectify the situation, regardless of whether the fault lies with the customer or us. We will cover all shipping costs. Please note that due to the nature of custom-made products, we can’t guarantee exact color matches.
